Bechtler Ensemble Concert (6 PM)
Inspired by Making an Impression: Pioneering Latin American Printmakers and featuring the Bechtler Ensemble, tonight’s concert, Lines in Motion, pairs music and visual art through works by Osvaldo Golijov, Heitor Villa-Lobos, and Astor Piazzolla. Moving from contemplation to playful rhythm and exhilarating tango, the program celebrates the musical voices of Argentina and Brazil. For this concert, the Bechtler Ensemble will include Tatiana Karpova (violin1), Cindy Burton (violin 2), Wenlong Huang (viola), and Tanja Bechtler (cello).
This program is part of the Bechtler’s Music Monday concert series and is presented with support from BelleCapital.
TICKETS: Concert tickets are $25 for members, $30 for nonmembers, and $5 for students (with proof of ID). FREE tickets for ages 10 and under. Advance registration is required to guarantee seating.
