Bechtler Ensemble Concert (6 PM)
Join us for the very first Music Monday, a new concert series bringing music and art into conversation. Presented during America’s 250th anniversary year by the Bechtler Ensemble, this opening performance explores the musical influences that have shaped the American sound. Hear Cole Porter favorites Night and Day and I Concentrate on You alongside selections from Korngold’s sweeping String Quartet No. 2 and Dvořák’s beloved American Quartet. Experience Broadway glamour, rich Romantic melodies, and music inspired by the American landscape during an intimate evening at the Bechtler. For this concert, the Bechtler Ensemble will include Tatiana Karpova (violin 1), Cindy Burton (violin 2), Vasily Gorkovoy (viola), and Tanja Bechtler (cello).
This program is part of the Bechtler’s Music Monday concert series and is presented with support from BelleCapital.
TICKETS: Concert tickets are $25 for members, $30 for nonmembers, and $5 for students (with proof of ID). FREE tickets for ages 10 and under. Advance registration is required to guarantee seating.
