The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art’s Modernism + Film program, developed in partnership with the Charlotte chapter of the American Institute of Architects and the UNC Charlotte College of Arts + Architecture, explores themes in design, engineering, architecture and modern/contemporary art through the lens of film.

The health and safety of our staff, volunteers, and visitors continues to be our first priority. During these unprecedented times, we remain fully committed to offering art, content, and experiences designed to engage and connect you to the world of arts and culture.

Until our museum doors reopen and health guidelines encourage larger public gatherings again, we will work to continue to offer programs such as Modernism + Film virtually. See the list below to view our upcoming season, which will be presented, free of charge, on Vimeo. Registration details coming soon.
