Modern chamber music meets modern art in the Bechtler's Music and Museum series. Experience a fusion of sight and sound while gaining a new perspective on selected works. The second season of Music and Museum opens September 18. The Bechtler Ensemble will perform musical selections by Antonin Dvořák, Zoltán Kodály and Iannis Xenakis. Artwork by Jean Tinguely will be on view and discussed. A cash bar reception begins at 5 p.m. with the performance at 5:30.
TICKETS
Tickets are $15 for museum members, $20 for non-members (seating is limited). Purchase tickets online, by phone 704.353.9200 or at the visitor services desk.
PARKING
Music and Museum concertgoers receive discounted parking at the Levine Center for the Arts garage, 550 South Tryon Street. The visitor entrance is located on West Stonewall Street. Bring parking tickets to the museum for validation.
