For safety reasons, all in-person gallery tours are currently suspended until further notice.


Virtual Group Tours

Virtual group educational experiences are $25 for 10-30 participants from one or multiple devices through Zoom. Virtual experiences are available Monday-Friday. In addition to a virtual experience of the entire museum, we are currently offering virtual tour experiences for our past exhibitions Twentieth Century Women and Josef Albers: The Interaction of Color are approximately 30–45 minutes in length. At least 30 days advance notice is required.  

For reservations contact: education@bechtler.org. Please include relevant information about your group including grade level, if applicable. More information about our current exhibitions can be found under the exhibitions tab on the website. 

Free 30-Minute Virtual ArtBreak Tours

The Levine Center for the Arts member institutions have partnered to provide free, themed 30-minute docent-led tours every third Thursday of the month at noon. Currently ArtBreak tours are only being offered virtually so that you can participate from the safety and comfort of your own home. Registration is required and space is limited. Please email education@bechtler.org for more information.

The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art is dedicated to the celebration and analysis of the strongest aspects of mid- century modernism as reflected in the holdings of the Bechtler collection.

The collection comprises
more than 1,400 works by 20th-century modern artists. Some works are accompanied by books, photographs and letters illustrating personal connections to the Bechtler family.

MEMBERSHIP
